  EIGHTH WEEKEND REFLECTION This was the 8th weekend of my teaching practice. "The best teacher teach from the heart not from the book". This weekend was good I got new experience beside that this was last weekend of my teaching practice. This school was really close to my heart. Teachers who are really supporting and encouraging me and they are also inspiration for me. I studied a lot from this school. Teachers arrange a meeting of farewell to us . Students give some gifts token of their love and teachers also arrange food for us as their love and care. Seriously I feel so hard to say goodbye to my class teachers and with my friends also. This Adoor boys school was a great lesson for my whole life. I will never forget these days also.

   7 th weekend of  teaching pra ctice                    This was the last and 7th weekend of our teaching practice. I got a chance to teach the plus two students business studies. At the end of this teaching practice when I look back to the 40 days it was an amazing and memorable experience.                   I studied a lot from this journey. I was little emotional to say goodbye to the students teachers. Starting days was difficult to adjust and class management was also very difficult.But in this last stage I am  really confident to handle the classes and students.                   I  got opportunity to take 3 classes of  commerce each students are different. I tried my level best make the class interactive and engaging. Different learning strategies and resources are used . power point presentation,film clipping,...

SEVENTH WEEKENDREFLECTION This was the 7th weekend of our teaching practice. "The whole art of teaching is only the art of awakening the natural curiosity of young minds for the purpose of satisfying it afterwards" Each day of this weekend was good and got new opportunity . Then got opportunity to engage plus one class and there was an award function also conducted to honor our kani mol teacher and plus two students who got full A Plus. This week I take a portion delegation, centralisation and decentralization and I used brainstorming and general discussion video presentation, chart presentation etc.  Students actively participate in all activities. Visual presentation using story board ,chart, images etc .held them to grasp content easily 

  SIXTH WEEKEND REFLECTION  This was the sixth weekend of our teaching practice. " A good education can change anyone. A good teacher can change everything". Each day was good and get new opportunity to engage students of plus one class, admission duty also. This week I take portion formal organisation meaning and advantage ,features and limitation of formal organisation ,informal organisation meaning ,features ,advantages and disadvantages and I used  brainstorming and general discussion, PowerPoint ,chart presentation group discussion extra Students participation was good day activities take part in all activities visual presentation was more effective than normal method.  So I used more this type of activities . Each days experience make me a good teacher.

  FIFTH WEEKEND REFLECTION This was the 5th weekend of our teaching practice. " Teaching is not a job. It is a lifestyle. It permeates your whole life ". Jill Biden. Each day I got new experience this week also I got an opportunity in admission duty, exam duty . And first year students class started 5th July there was also a meeting conducted. This week I taught meaning and advantages of functional and divisional structure and I used brainstorming,general discussion, group discussion, video and the PowerPoint presentation. Students interaction was good . They actively participate in activities.visual representation is more effective than normal lecture method. Each day passes I love teaching more and more.
